Rick Allen - Owner & General Manager

Provides over 20 years experience in facilities and quality
management.  He is certified by Colorado State University
in Equine reproductive management, and by Purina Mills
in Equine Nutrition.  He is responsible for the farm facilities
and equine care.

 


 

Nancy Allen -  Owner & CEO

With an MBA in Human Resources Management and 10 years experience in quality of provider services, she directs the farm from a customer perspective.  Having been the customer and showing Morgan's over several decades from open shows to the World Championships, is the basis of her knowledge of customer expectations.  An accomplished rider across divisions and having two Grand National titles in the Amateur English Pleasure Stallions classes, she understands first hand the path to victory.
